Transportation Assistance

Introduction

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE PROCEDURE TO ARRANGE MAINECARE COVERED RIDES

Transportation service for MaineCare covered reimbursement and rides is available, but must be arranged through the broker service by calling 1-855-608-5176. This includes self-driver friends and family reimbursement.

DCP has contracted with the broker to provide rides, but we are no longer able to book your MaineCare trip for you.

 Requirements: This service is for MaineCare recipients.

NON-MAINECARE TRANSPORTATION TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS  

If you are not a MaineCare client, but need help arranging
non-emergency medical transportation, please call DCP at 1-877-374-8396 OR
664-0012 OR 546-7547 to determine eligibility for other transportation
services.

Transportation to Child Protective Visits

Provides transportation to supervised visits for those who are referred by the Maine Department of Health and Human Services. DCP offers safe and appropriate transportation to family reunification meetings and services. Please call DCP at 1-877-374-8396 or 664-0012 or 546-7547 for more information.

Requirements: 
You must be referred by Maine Department of Health and Human Services.

Please follow procedure for transportation to medical appointments above. This is a MaineCare covered service only.
